Author: Mondino de Luzzi (ca. 1270-1325)- Johannes Dryander in the 16th century.
Book: Anatomia Mundini, ad Vetustis ca. 1536 or 1541.
Notes: Mondino originally wrote his seminal work in 1316 and it was one of the first examples of a dissection manual and the first true anatomical text. It was printed in a variety of editions in the 16th century. This plate seems to have a space for the owners name or a date below the skeleton. Here is a similar print from the anatomia book:
