Since we are not dealers, we would like to help
other collectors find the types of antiques they need for their collections.
Therefore, we are building a 'collector' list of individuals we can contact when something
turns up from this Web site that we don't collect or need in our collections. It's
a way to help fellow collectors and hopefully build our collections with field
contacts. This information will not be posted on the Web site or published in
any manner.
If you are a medical (of any ilk) collector
please send us an e-mail with your name, specialty or area of interest, and specifically
what you 0ollect and are looking for. We get both early and later
contacts, so the range is from pre-1800 to 1900.
We'll put your name and wants in a file and
when something of interest shows up, we can forward the contact to your e-mail address.
It helps you and lets us assist non-collectors who have these antiques they want to
sell. There are no charges for this service. It's a win-win.
Please send the following information, which
will be kept private and confidential:
Your First and Last Name with salutation such
as Dr., Mr., Ms. etc.
Where you live, not your mailing address, but
a City and State so we know approximately where to refer contacts.
Optional: a phone number, (not your office).
Your e-mail address.
Please give us a detailed description of the
types and approximate age of the medical antiques you collect. Please be specific as
it will make a difference which contacts we refer.
Include any other information about your
collecting history or special interests as we are attempting to build a network of
connections among other medical and related collectors.
