Medical Xylography Description Block 111

Book: Printed onto a sack for medical remedies.

Notes: It is said that the three japanese blocks in the collection (109-111) were used to print instructions onto a burlap bag when natural medicines were dispensed to patients in the mid to late 19th century.  I have been unable to translate this block. Any help appreciated!
