WEISSE, FANEUIL D., New York city, graduated from the univ. of the city of New York in 1864, and is prof, of surgical anat. in that institution. He is a member of the N. Y. acad. of med., of the Medical journal asso. of the city of New York,. of the East Kiver med. asso. of the city of New York, in which he is one of the-committee on medid! ethics; of the New York medico- legal soc., of which he is curator and pathologist ; of the N. Y. dermatologic soc., of the N. Y. neurological soc., and of the med. soc, of the College of N. Y. He is attendant, surgery at the New York denial infirmary. Iiť the International med. congress, Philadelphia, iSyoy he was a delegate from the centennial commission.

Anat. 1864; Clinical Lecturer on Dis. of the Skin, 1865 to 1867; Clin. Prof. Dermatology , 1867, in the med. Dept. Univ. City of N. Y.   Lecture on Chem. Materia Medical and Therap. In N. Y. College of Dentistry, 1866-67.  Prof. of Oral Surgery Path. in N. Y. Coll. Vet. Surgery 1867.   And...he was an assistant Surgeon U. S. A. 1864.
