contains all the faculty and graduates for the Medical Dept. of
the U. of the City of N.Y. from 1842 to 1872, including
their accomplishments and their military service before, during,
and after the Civil War. It was published by the Alumni
Association of the University.
Besides listing every faculty member from
1842 to 1872, details are added for those who serviced in the
Civil War after graduation, as well as those who chose to teach.
A sample page is shown for 1861, with a blow up of the details
so you can see how much information is presented for those
graduates who served in both the CSA and USA military, as well
as the Armies and Navies. There are over a hundred pages
